Chartrand Equipment was established in 1980 by Maurice and Colette Chartrand as an equipment rental business with one shovel and one backhoe. In the 28 years since opening, Chartrand Equipment has grown into a family-run business, with Maurice and Colette’s two sons joining the company. It is this family oriented value that Chartrand Equipment uses in all its endeavors and which has brought them success. To date, Chartrand Equipment along with its team of dedicated employees, has grown and expanded into a complete construction and rehabilitation company, which now includes work in demolition, concrete, tailings dam construction & reconstruction, drilling & blasting, bridge rehabilitation and open pit mining.
